About Me
My name is Prince Chacko Johnson, a final year PhD candidate in Business Administration at Jönköping International Business School, Sweden, with an anticipated graduation in 2025. I am currently at Stanford University as a Visiting Student Researcher. My academic journey includes a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering. My PhD research focuses on AI adoption and organizational change within mature industries using computational methods for comprehensive data analysis using NLP, ML, Python, etc. My work has been recognized through publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at national and international conferences.
Before entering academia, I co-founded Axelerato IT in Sweden, a technology consulting firm that provides SMEs with innovative digital solutions. My professional background also includes roles at Tata Consultancy Services and Dell Computers, where I developed a strong foundation in technical troubleshooting and project management.
I am an active member of the Strategic Management Society and The Network for Digital Research Methods in Business Research. Additionally, I have engaged in various speaking and teaching roles, demonstrating my commitment to sharing knowledge and promoting innovation in business practices.
